Pork Chops with Fennel and Fire Delta Dust. Seared in cast iron finished in oven. Threw a side of chopped honey crisp apples sprinkled with a little Pumpkin Pie spice before it went in the oven! Super simple and oh so good!! Serve w side of Mac and cheese or Mashed potatoes.

My favorite spice blend right now is Winter by Fennel and Fire. I use it in my Cherry Ham Glaze, in balsamic dressing in a persimmon, pomegranate, feta spinach salad, on pork tenderloin with an apricot glaze, in my ginger cookies and on Winter Grahams. What is your favorite blend?
