Been doing my county publicity officer role at the bowls England nationals been a very long and draining almost 3 weeks.
Seen plenty of brilliant bowling though, sadly not much from Warwickshire bowlers.
Now I have to find out what day it is and what has been happening in my normal haunts

I do wish people wouldn't use the phrase slightly autistic because it doesn't exist. Sure people can have autistic traits especially as some of what makes a person autistic aren't unique to autism.

Thankfully at my review with the long covid clinic they are happy enough with my progress that they've returned me to my doctors care but can get back in touch if I need to.
Sure still have to take my rehab slow and steady but looks like no permanent damage.

One of the pleasing parts of volunteering with the Warwickshire Wildlife Trust is when you get to park by the wall that separates the quarry from the marsh with its lovely art on it.
Especially when you drive a panda, so my panda spent the afternoon next to a kingfisher.

Results from my diabetic eye screening show no problems. To be fair they're probably my healthiest part. Sure I can barely see clearly past the end of my nose but do it in style.
