Shocked and devastated to hear that D’Angelo passed away.
I was blessed enough to see him three times, and he blew the roof off without fail, every time. He was your favorite artist’s favorite artist; simply one of the greatest to ever do it.

On October 11, 2000, my dad took me to see the Rangers’s 75th Anniversary season opener against the Canadiens. I still remember seeing and meeting so many Rangers legends from previous generations, and got them to sign my program.

Saw Good Night and Good Luck last night and got to go backstage afterwards! It was one of the coolest experiences, being able to stand on the Winter Garden’s stage, see the sets, and chat with some pretty awesome people. (The play was fantastic as well!)
It was an evening I’ll never forget.
