Just another life update here, injured my shoulder now after having my finger injured for the majority of last year. I just can't catch a break getting hurt and it's really crushing me mentally. It's my own fault, went too hard at the gym and wrestling 😞

Hey guys just a life update, it's been 6 weeks since I've gotten back to the gym. I'm feeling so much more like myself again. I also had my first wrestling match again in almost a year last night and it was a fantastic time! Hope to be back to posting pics soon when I'm happy where my body is

Finally got back to the gym this week after a 7-8 month hiatus from a finger injury. Already starting to feel better mentally, I can't wait to get back to where I was. Happy FCF guys, and I'm looking forward to showing off more as my confidence comes back 💪😎
