Ryssland har använt missiler som är likvärdiga med Tomahawk sedan krigets början, det är som vanligt ingen eskalation utan bara ett försök ifrån Ryssland att försöka få oss att begränsa oss själva och sätta upp "röda linjer" mentalt.
