Waterboy's thoughts are written in text behind him, and his body is covering some of the text (covered text will be indicated in dialogue segment through square brackets, and omitted/missing text will be indicated through ellipses). Flambae is only partially visible and blurry. He looks neutral, and like he is not thinking about anything in particular.
Dialogue:
Waterboy (thoughts): this is it herm you can do this youre gonna come u[p ... a]nd ask him out on a dat[e ...] -ctly you cant just say [... -a] go on a date" thats w-[...] suggest something tha[t's ...] -y normal but can still o-[...] think of som[ething ...] got th[is ...]
Panel 2:
Waterboy approaches Flambae, smiling but unsure. Both of his hands are pointing in the opposite direction of where Flambae is standing. Flambae is looking back at Waterboy with a confused expression. There is a heart-shaped arrow emerging from Waterboy's speech bubble. The arrow is aimed towards Flambae's head, but bounces off of his head with a "TUNK" sound effect. There are sweatdrops of confusion and a "!?" on the tip of the arrow.
Dialogue:
Waterboy: Hey! Ddo you, uh, wanna go get some ice cream? After work?

Me and bro have chalked it up to likely it being a problem with the motherboard, but luckily I have a laptop to draw on in the meantime
I was in the middle of drawing more watermech when my pc crashed and rebooted itself. But after resetting it and moving things around, my computer isn't sending any signal to my monitor, or any monitor so im out of a means of drawing for a little while 🙃
