Genuine question for fellow Autistics as I have never experienced this before, has it happened to you?
I overdid it making notes outside for a form I need to fill. When I realised I had done too much and should stop, I couldn't navigate the patio. My brain was insisting that each slab was a step.

Struggling today to I have come to my "Nature Safe Spot" but all I can see is the future destruction as I know a road is going to cut through this field soon.

This week I finally recieved my official Autism Diagnosis at the age of 53. Massive thanks to @jamieandlion.bsky.social for unknowingly aiding my journey more than anyone could comprehend. Also to @robinince.bsky.social for being a strong voice for the neurodivergent late diagnosed.

When you have two tasks you want to get done but only enough spoons for one. So you use up all remaining spoons trying to decide and end up going for a lie down instead.

Just reading a passage by @robinince.bsky.social on meltdowns and it made me think: One of my early warning signs that a meltdown is imminent is "the sweats". I now wonder if this contributes to why I cannot tolerate heat... my body goes "uh oh, I recognise this, I know what comes next".

Today's Supreme Court Ruling - which will decimate trans lives - is a direct result of a case funded substantially by J K Rowling.

Been really struggling since my PIP Assessment last week. Like it tipped my mind and body over the balance point that I have not been able to bounce back from.... oh well, only another 7 weeks until I get their decision.

I hope DWP doesn't stand for Dastardly Wicked Pirates. Just had a message that basically says "come to the docks, come alone and bring your passport". Glad I'm not in an 18th century novel.

Imagine scooping out the stuffing from pillows into the tumble dryer > that's how my head has been this week: overfilled with hot fluff that is of no use to anyone.

I forgot to post my completed models. For the Death Star I went against everything I have seen and been told and did NOT use primer. I found it a much better experience ::shrug::
