I guess my own conclusion is that we focus on couple therapy for now since there's no way for him to find a psychiatrist specialized in ADHD... I really don't know how he's going to learn to manage his emotions like that :(

Idk if that was coincidental but Rennie stole my gaming chair while I was in the kitchen. I was bringing food for lunch, so for once, instead of brushing her off, I sat on the bed trying but she got up, changed her spot for the heater lol
