Dedicated 30 minutes of my acting busy schedule to build the footer I planned 3 months ago.

Feels like progress.

You have better odds of getting a letter from Hogwarts than hitting your goals while working 40 unfocused hours a week.

This week I did 60, with sleep, family time, Netflix—and felt better.

It’s not about hustle.
It’s about how you work.

Made more updates on the "The Ant Firm" website, after refining the service page last weel worked on the blog layout today.

All blog pages are mostly done and single page need final polishing. It’s finally coming together!

Next up: fixing that damn form and then moving on to the other pages.

I like when Hormozi said:

“Business is simple. You get people to give you attention, trust you, and pay you. That’s it.”

I’m done overcomplicating it.

Right now, I’m just focused on getting attention, building trust, and letting the offer do the rest.

Finally touched my personal site today 😅

Just changed the socials and picked a skeleton. That’s it.

It ain't much but it's honest work I guess.

But hey, progress is progress. Might even finish it next month 👀

I almost deleted the whole page out of frustration.

All I wanted was:
— No TOC header
— No numbers
— A little line for the active section
— A Flip Box under it
— And all of it… sticky

What I got: broken layout, scroll bugs, & near keyboard murder.

They told us to “Google it.”
But for anything specific, I end up on ChatGPT anyway.

Google gives me links.
ChatGPT gives me clarity—what, why, and what to do next.

This tool changed how I search.
Shouldn’t be free.

Been experimenting a lot with the single blog page template design lately, trying different ideas, testing what feels right.

Here’s a before and after of the breadcrumb section. 👇

Today was super productive!

I updated the footer (it looks so much cleaner now), refreshed the offer section, added a newsletter pop-up (will improve it later), and tweaked the services page.

Holy shit, I built this with ChatGPT.

Well… that’s a lie. But let’s talk about what actually happened.

This is a single service page I outlined two weeks back. I wasn’t sure if I could pull that off, but with ChatGPT’s help I think I can.

Running a business feels like getting dropkicked by life in 4K and still saying ‘I got this.’

Was talking with a designer colleague the other day, just about colors at first.

But I end up doing a rebranding

I think it feels way more right now.

Finally making proper use of Saturday—revamping our service page (long due).

New layout: Conversion-based (I hope).

Old one: Full of bragg and begging. 💀

Attached in the comments: video + screenshot (old vs. new).

Still rough, it's just the skeleton.

You copied your competitor’s prices.
Then their website.

Now you’re wondering why growth feels stuck?
Because they’re stuck too.

Your edge isn’t in copying—
It’s in caring.

Fix real problems.
Get real results.

Forced myself to build a reading habit. Started with 3–5 pages a day. And used to miss days.

Then made it 10 pages whenever I sat.

Last book? 330 pages in 6 fucking days.

Now it’s 30–50 pages every day(Trying).

And no, I ain’t reading just to count books.
April 17, 2025 at 9:35 AM
This book is the fastest I’ve finished, and damn, it has everything I was missing.

Most people treat AI like a tool.
When in reality… it’s the foundation.

Media is automated.
Search is agent-driven.
Content is rebuilt by LLMs.

If you’re still using last year’s playbook, you’re behind.

It’s uncomfortable.
It’s overwhelming.

But it’s the only way forward.

About to finish The SEO Entrepreneur by Nathan Gotch, and got 4 new deliveries—so that makes 13 unread books in hand and 11 read books.

5 more coming next week on brand building.

I need a lot of time. Wish I could increase the day by about 2 hours.

A lot to read, learn, and execute 📚.

Everyone sees the wins.
No one sees the doubts, cold DMs, offer tweaks, or 3AM second-guessing.

The Small Biz Iceberg:
🧊 Grind
🧊 Hustle
🏆 Glory

Build the bottom right. The top will follow.
April 14, 2025 at 11:02 AM
Failure isn’t final.

Every stumble is a step toward progress.

If you’re not messing up once in a while, you’re probably staying too safe to grow.
And if you’re not growing, what are you really doing?

Keep going.
Keep learning.
That’s living.
April 14, 2025 at 10:52 AM
Most problems don’t come from people — they come from broken systems.

Fix the system, fix the outcome.

And if you want others to invest in you, start by investing in yourself.

Most Ontario Law Firms Are Making These 3 SEO Mistakes

I see it all the time — law firms doing everything right except for one crucial thing: SEO.

Is your law firm making any of these SEO mistakes?

If so, it might be time for an SEO audit.

Let’s hear it from you and fix it together.

Our blog layout was kinda meh — looked like a book page.

SEO-wise, a 3-column blog is better.

So I spent 2 weeks trying to build a new layout from scratch...

only to realize today that I could’ve just edited the existing one 💀

Yeah I’m dumb.

But hey, I learned.
