Still waiting on a special late holiday gift to arrive, and I feel like I need to make a Google doc or some slides about people with art styles I wanna take influence from, and what specifically. Especially since I have a general idea of what I like and want to do with my own art.

Feels nothing short of surreal to get my original model Wiimote working with Dolphin, including the motion controls.
I only tested it with Wario Land: Shake It!, but this also means that I am fully capable of replaying Super Paper Mario for the 58th time.
(And I will still cry at the ending.)

It was low-key for us this year, but I got a replacement for my broken tea mug, a copy of the Tasting History cookbook that I’m eager to get into, and a Mariners cap from the 90s that I’ll definitely be wearing more and more come spring! 👌
