Back in the gym this morning!!! Very proud of myself. I started 2025 more consistently in the gym than ever before. But somewhere around September, life started lifing and I fell off. But I moved more this year and that’s something to celebrate.

Watching a documentary right now, and… I hesitate to push fully to this point because humans are not a monolith. However, YT people are often a plague on this earth. I just don’t understand the depth and insidious nature of the hatred in their hearts.
