my personal trainer asked me if i was autistic or had adhd the other week and i’ve never felt so called out (she also pushed or sessions to an hour and. half bc we get distracted and talk too much)

i’ve been given a hospital apt finally and i’m so excited to start medication for my chronic illness and maybe have some energy finally to pursue my hobbies rather that falling asleep straight after work or feeling faint after punishing myself too much 💖
