A former President is treated the same as everyone else. A President is just the "First Citizen" or something. I mean we all have sat on a Zoom call while a federal judge says were guilty of 34 felonies and then sentences us to an unconditional discharge right?

For those who would like a link to the lawsuit you can see it on the Texas AG's website....he is...proud I guess?

Part 6. These laws were never about protecting the unborn or women's health. All that I posted is immaterial to the lawsuit. The Texas AG could have stated the boyfriend found the prescriptions and reported it. Instead the TX AG has to go on in 3 paragraphs. That the mother was somehow deceitful.

Part 5 "the biological mother had in
fact done something to contribute to the miscarriage or abortion of the unborn child. The biological father, upon returning to the residence in Collin County, discovered the two above-referenced medications from Carpenter." Is this still about protecting babies?

Part 4 "pregnant before losing the
child. The biological father of the unborn child, upon learning this information, concluded that the biological mother of the unborn child had intentionally withheld information from him regarding her pregnancy, and he further suspected that..."

Part 3. "After the mother was
seen by health care professionals at a hospital in Collin County, Texas, the biological father of the unborn child was told that the mother of the unborn child was experiencing a
hemorrhage or severe bleeding as she “had been” nine weeks..."
January 1, 2025 at 9:37 PM
Part 2. What caught me was the court documents referenced in "Factual Background" in paragraph 22. "a 20-year-old female resident of Collin County, Texas became pregnant. The mother of the unborn child did not communicate her pregnancy to the biological father of the unborn child."

Part 1. Texas is suing doctor in NY in federal court for prescribing chemical abortion to a patient in Texas. I'm sure a lot of you know about that but reading the lawsuit which is a blatant political stunt sure and some legal dancing about if Dr. Carpenter is allowed to practice medicine in TX...
