Depends whether or not he's flying! Obsidian doesn't really care much for rain or snow in the sense of it bothering him, even thunder tends to intrigue him more than scare him! However when flying, he tends to be a lot more scared... one bad gust of wind and it could end very painfully >w<

Baby pigeon mystery.
