There’s something incredibly bad feeling about asking my manager if my review comes with a raise and he doesn’t know 😭😭😭 it did last year but there’s been a lot of changes over the last year and it wouldn’t surprise me if they took the yearly raises away. Tired of being the lowest paid employees
