This breaking story about cartels putting bounties on the heads of ICE agents sounds like a fancy version of "the caravans are coming across the border!!" This creates fear and could be used to justify violence against protesters. Instead of ICE vs. peaceful protesters, it is ICE vs. drug cartels.
