you have to learn to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. you absolutely need to learn how to deal with discomfort or it will make your life so much more difficult. if you always allow yourself to crumble or flee the minute things are difficult or unsettling, you'll never learn to overcome them.

Hespie is caring but ngl can be incredibly rude to people who are trying to look out for her. She's so dismissive of herself + her needs + scared of being treated with anything more than the bare minimum courtesy that she really will throw it back in their face + be REALLY shitty about accepting it.
