Todays tip is the epic sci-fi poem Aniara by the late Harry Martinson! All songs are not equally good imo, but the majority, overarching themes and plots are phenomenal, forebooding and very contemporary even though it was written in the 1950's. Its language is also mucho grande inspiring! 🔥✨

This is really not in regards to the collab between Helldivers 2 and Killzone 2. I simply just want to highlight Killzone 2's extreme dedication to gamefeel. It was prevalent in the PS2 original but way deeper in the sequel for the PS3. Totally neglecting the paperweight movements of the COD-games.

This is really not in regards to the collab between Helldivers 2 and Killzone 2. I simply just want to highlight Killzone 2's extreme dedication to gamefeel. It was prevalent in the PS2 original but way deeper in the sequel for the PS3. Totally neglecting the paperweight movements of the COD-games.
Masahiro Sakurai's video games and his Youtube Channel 'Masahiro Sakurai on Creating Games' are big inspirations for RADIANT ELUSION. Especially in regards to game feel and giving feedback to the players actions. He is also extremely disciplined and works so hard. I just hope he gets enough rest! 🙏

Currently working on a surfing-level reminiscent of CS Source maps together with floating Islands. It is creatively liberating since each island can function as its own "small level". But it is also vital and challenging to make them all interconnected in a satisfying and meaningful way 🙃✨🌈
