I avoided over eating, eating super bad stuff / junk food today. I was over on my sugar because the hydration drink I had wasn't sugar free.

Man, it's amazing how much I was dealing with (pain). I'd gotten so used to it, now that it's reduced isk what to do with myself. 😅
