genuinely beyond annoyed and, I think fairly angry, at how the NHS deal with ADHD diagnosis and, tbh, mental health stuff generally. because I don’t meet the threshold of need for my depression and anxiety I’ve been paying for my own care for yrs. I was told there was a 4yr wait for ADHD diagnosis
