They don't know any better! You need common sense and critical thinking. If your mind is fueled by hatred and exclusion, it limits your perspective.
If Linda McMahon and the Department of Education believe in "efficiency and accountability" (after laying off half of the department), then I'm sure they'll gladly publish a list of every position that has been eliminated and why that position is no longer needed.
