"Results from Tuesday's Atlanta City Council District 2 race were inadvertently omitted from page A6 of Thursday's edition."

This is the district the AJC's offices are in. How a billionaire-owned newspaper will cover a socialist city council member will be a test for its journalistic integrity.

In addition to First Liberty Spokesman Erick Erickson, the AJC is adding entrepreneur Elizabeth Holmes, former state lawmaker and Board of Regents member Dean Alford, and innovative financier Charles Ponzi as opinion contributors.

Here's the AJC's own announcement about adding Erick Erickson as an opinion contributor. Erickson has also had opinion pieces in Bari Weiss's Free Press.

I've long complained about the AJC getting free rein over Atlanta's public broadcasters, GPB and WABE...

Cox and Friends continue to protect its own. Erick Erickson is already on air in Atlanta 3 hours a day and has yet to address his pushing the First Liberty Ponzi scheme.

The AJC is not an independent watchdog on #gapol

It's a billionaire-owned, heavily-conflicted and self-serving one.

Socialists in Cox Cities.
Apparently, the newly-elected mayor of Dayton, OH is a Dem Socialist though her campaign wasn't officially endorsed by the DSA. Dayton is where Cox Ent. began in 1898.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution's new offices are in District 2 which DSA candidate Kelsea Bond won.

At the Kelsea Bond watch party. The campaign is confident the Democratic Socialist has won Atlanta City Council District 2 without a runoff. They base this on some of their own reports from various precincts even as vote totals from Fulton County have been slow to post.

There are more "Vote No on The Performing Arts Center Bond" signs than for some candidates for office. And most of the theatre productions I've been in.

Fred Krog was elected boiler inspector in 1887 by the #atl City Council.

He had been a celebrated railroad engineer but was injured in a wreck in 1882.

Duncan moved from Lt. Gov. to AJC contr. and had his prospects repeatedly promoted no matter how futile, from GOP 2.0 to a possible run for President.

If Dems want to use corruption as an issue Duncan, and any candidate, being beholden to the Cox oligarchy hampers that message.
