Do you ever go through phases with work where you like, can’t stop working? About once a quarter I get so in my flow state with answering technical sustainability emails that I can’t stop until my inbox is completely answered. My annual review this year said “abbey let’s no email go unanswered” 💀

When I was getting on Dolly yesterday she spooked and I lost my balance and didn’t get my other foot in the stirrup and fell on my tailbone really hard 😩 its so sore and I have to do a 24 hour Idaho trip right now

I tried making pad kra pao tonight and I had to sub a few things like Serranos for Thai chilis, green beans for long beans, reg basil for holy basil, and maple sugar for palm sugar but it was still really good. Need to try frying the egg in oil in the wok next time so it gets the crispy effect
