In 2009, I lost my niece to cancer.
In 2015, my sister died of neurofibrimeitosis.
I still miss them, some days me than others.
As a 42 yr old man, I'm glad that I'm still able to feel my feelings and not be caught up in what a man is supposed to be.

Had my first gym visit since covid this evening.
Nearly 5 years and 20kgs since the last time.
30 minutes on the tready at a fast walk with a small incline, 5 minutes on the rower (dear God that nearly killed me), ten minute bike to finish.
It's a start!
Now I just hope I can keep it up.
