I would get written up regularly at my previous call center job for "sounding too monotone" despite getting confirmed to have been polite and resolved customer's issues, Visa basically telling their call center reps to stop giving a shit means that the pressure is absolutely getting to them
I wish this was a joke but I got called a rapist today by a visa rep
Think I just happen to be a call that pushed the women over
Lodge 2 formal complaints after that and spun circles on the 2 calls and was about 25 minutes
