I need advice! There is combat now but I'm not sure how it should look at the start and end. Should there be more fanfare? Like... "COMBAT!", "FIGHT!", "VICTORY!", or an experience point total appearing nearby? I kind of like it simple and quick too, though.

Took this week off to celebrate the new year and work on some animations and I'm having too much fun. I'm especially proud of the animation where the knight keels over. ^^

The X and O effect here shows you where you're allowed to drop things into the dungeon now moves from one space to another and shifts between the symbols smoothly rather than instantly.
Am I the only weirdo who notices stuff like this in games?
