I used Country Crock sizzle & drizzle spread then sprayed a little I Can't Believe It's Not Butter garlic butter spray on top before cooking. Also, I made it with a slice of colby jack between slices of swiss. I've definitely upped my grilled cheese game as this is delicious. #adulting
