Not a lot of people will agree with me and a couple of others, but this is seriously a gem of a movie.
No one talks about Jacob's Ladder enough. One of the scariest, saddest movies i've ever seen. Hugely influential to the Silent Hill game series.
191. Jacob's Ladder (dir. Lyne, 1990).
Maybe the saddest horror film of the 90s (or, at the very least, a top contender for the title). Its minimal use of practical effects and reliance on nightmare-inducing quick edits to obscure what effects they *did* have? Filmmaking genius.

Had a hell of a time today. Some guy walked in front of me and I thought it was just some rando until people started cheering. Turns out it was Matthew Lillard. Then afterwards I accidentally bumped into Tom Kenny. We exchanged some words then he gave me his SpongeBob laugh.
