Luckily, I've gotten much better at this lately!

Also to add onto all this, the MOST important phrase you will ever incorporate into your vocabulary approaching anything:

"I can learn"

Not "Oh I wanna do this but I can't" or "I'd never be good enough" or "It's too hard for me"

Just practice saying "I can learn!"

I keep telling folks around me about how the key to actually accomplishing goals, is to make them almost embarrassingly small and easy

And I am not kidding! It works! I've kept on a good amount of my goals just making them SO simple

Because keeping momentum/consistency is better than perfection
