Fell through my sister's deck a few hours ago and got my leg stuck between the boards and some support beams. Heard some nasty popping sounds, my leg has a huge knot in it and hardly moves. Doesn't feel like I broke anything, but might go to Urgent Care if it doesn't improve.

Without context, it's how the statement is delivered. I've definitely had some people say some stuff that they were excited about or something, but it comes completely out of left field due to their delivery and has left me shell shocked a few times without much of a response.
