My new oc. His name is Feby but only appears if someone is sealed. His nickname is the "Seal Bearer" or "Seal Bearer Guard". Each time the seal breaks or unleashes. He dies but every time a new being is sealed he gets reborn but doesn't remember anything as if his a new born baby.
