after thoroughly losing my mind and grasping for sanity, i have concluded that the correct answer is to talk to the coworker. A middle manager with an ounce of self respect doesn't want you to do their job for them, they want you to do your job and hold your team accountable.
This is the correct answer, right? I'm honestly starting to gaslight myself. This is what is important to HR people right? The difference between those who get to work in retail and the homeless is snitching on poor people, right? That's the morally correct stance? Like Jesus would do? I'm losing it

finished the first module for EMT. next is basic anatomy. reminded me of taking anatomy in uni. failed the first time because i overslept the final. aced it the second time but it was too late. gpa too low for premed. cut up two cats just to swap to a useless computer science degree. skip college.
