She has worked for local charities including the Wildlife Trust so understands the sector.

Young people told us they wanted more guidance when helping friends with mental health struggles. With funding from Cambridgeshire CC Public Health we brought together an amazing group of young people to co-create 'Help You, Help Them', alongside mental health experts
