I have a question for the research commumity.
I am looking into buying a vibratome to prepare actute organotypic slices from mouse brains and I am unsure which brand to buy. Currently the choice is between Leica and Precisionary Instruments.
Amy recommendations?

The first paper of the Jäkel lab is out!
We have shown that the RNA detection in human FFPE brain tissue significantly changes with fixation time. Chose your tissue well before doing an experiment!
