i don't intend to really advertise it or anything since it's mainly a thing for people who ask independently for it but i feel i should mention it: i have a discord server i post pretty constant updates/concept art/ideas/etc. for my game into so if that interests any oomfs just ask for an invite

current computer gave me a bitlocker recovery key error when i tried turning it on from a shut down the first time then worked perfectly fine the second time. its a hand me down from someone the key isnt on my account

i really love rwby music and the show is a massive inspiration to me but i gotta curate my 'rwby music for when i'm working!' playlist better. every so often it feels like the amount of times i've listened to the sad volume 9 songs has done something to my motivation

i feel bad going 'yeah i feel like disgaea 1 is kinda lame compared to disgaea 2' when my actual opinion is 'wow this game JUST is really fun and it just has a worse item world and is missing the silly little generic characters i really like' and those two things just add up HARD

i should draw some of the disgaea classes i've been looking at trying one of the new ones (i've played 1 and 2 and wanna see how they evolved) but i keep getting upset at their class lineups and realizing how many of the 2 designs i'm attached to

its awesome how completely unusable twitter is even for art now. i open it up and see random people i have not once ever seen before talking about how epic the same 4 powerscaling drawings for two series i barely care about are genuinely 20 times each before i get a single actual post of value

i try not to care about numbers on art at all because at the end of the day they don't mean anything about my ability as a creative but sometimes i'll sit there and go 'dude... 20 people liked a quick xc2 sketch i posted at midnight... hell yeah' and hope i'm allowed to care about numbers that way

wanted to do perspective practice for a drawing i gotta do this/next week so i decided to go all in and also force myself to A. get it done in one afternoon and B. not use my usual brushes. not the happiest with it but hey it's practice and also that's why i'm posting it late
