I responded once with a bit of snark about how much it cost for 2 mil fed employees to respond. Haven't responded since. Upper mgmt just puts a blurb about it in their weekly dept updates but my boss doesn't say a word.

In my last 1:1 my boss told me he laughed and he was so proud of me. Best boss ever. 🥰

USDA flipped on responding this week. I wonder if I'll have a job next week after my response...

I cancelled Prime today. Here's my conundrum - what replaces Kindle? I read a book a day at least (homebound, no car) and last time I tried the library ebooks I couldn't find anything. I'm heavy on urban fantasy indie authors (AJ Sherwood, Heather Harris, etc.) that don't show up in searches.

I am right now fighting UHC because they refuse to approve coverage of my cancer meds. Those little chemo pills that have kept me alive these past 4 years. The same drugs they covered before. These creeps CREATE cancer widows.

Fun fact - my nephew is a nurse that has worked in the largest of our area's hospitals. He's with the VA now and LOVES it. The VA hospital here takes better care of their patients AND staff than any of the so-called non-profit, church-based facilities.
