Magnesium L-threonate almost feels like cheating, fixed brain fog and fatigue the same day I started taking it. Really helps if you do a lot of mental work and feel drained by the end of the workday. Don’t bother with glycinate or bisglycinate tho, for me they did nothing.

Apparently, if you book a “partner offer” on @bookingcom.bsky.social, neither the platform nor the hotel is accountable if anything goes wrong. Booking’s support will shrug you off right away, and the hotel won’t even acknowledge that you made a reservation and paid for it.
