Come to think of it, those four million Americans do deserve representation in Congress. Puerto Rico and Washington DC combined have as many residents as Alaska, N and S Dakota, Vermont, and Wyoming COMBINED. Those five states have 10 Senators, so why shouldn’t Puerto Rico and DC have four?
