Quick intro: I’m Ryan. Texas leftist, dog guy, history nerd. I post daily about politics + the economy in normal-people language, with jokes and receipts. If that’s your flavor, hit follow.
Democrats, hear this clearly:
ICE abolition is the new floor.
You cannot “reform” a fascist agency.
January 8, 2026 at 10:19 PM
After what ICE did to Renee, I am more sure than ever:
I don’t want unity speeches. I don’t want “lessons learned.”
I want names, evidence, and trials.

We live in a fascist ass country where the safest career path is “armed state goon” and the riskiest is “regular person minding their business.”
ICE, cops, border patrol, all trained to treat our lives as target practice.

Fuck ICE.
January 7, 2026 at 9:12 PM
Watching ICE shoot a US citizen and then listening to lectures about “law & order” is breaking my brain.

N.Texas leftists: what gun clubs or community defense groups are out here that focus on safety, training, and keeping our people alive.

I am not trying to cosplay, I am trying to get organized.

The U.S. is out here boarding a Russian-flagged tanker in the North Atlantic and seizing another ship in Latin America so it can police who sells oil to whom.

This is not “security,” it is gunboat capitalism.
None of this is normal. None of this is peaceful.

So “extraordinary ability” visas used to be for scientists and athletes and now half are influencers and OnlyFans creators.

America looked at the global talent pool and said: less chip designers, more people with a ring light and a gooner fanbase.

Wild way to run a superpower.
January 6, 2026 at 3:57 PM
The oil companies got briefed on an act of war before Congress did.

That is not “national security.”
That is what an oligarchy looks like: corporations in the war room, elected officials in the waiting room.
January 6, 2026 at 3:43 AM
2009: Gaddafi talks gold backed African currency for oil.
2011: NATO flattens Libya, Gaddafi gone.
2020s: Venezuela sells cheap crude to China, gets bombs and regime change.
Wild how democracy always lands where the oil and the wrong currency are.

People talk like Trump is some rogue outsider.
He is just the loudest, sloppiest version of the same billionaire controlled presidency we have had for years, signing off on the war plans and giveaways they wrote a long time ago.
The mask is off, that is the only difference.
January 5, 2026 at 4:33 PM
People keep asking why Schumer and Hakeem are not saying anything.
Because on foreign policy there is only one party. The donor class.
January 5, 2026 at 1:02 AM
I am fully braced for the Bari Weiss x Ethan Klein special called
“Why Democrats need to break a little international law if they want to beat Trump.”
January 5, 2026 at 12:29 AM
Barron Trump earned himself a nice $400,000 after insider trading Maduro's capture just hours before it happened
January 4, 2026 at 5:10 PM
Trump is now bragging that the U.S. launched a “large scale strike” on Venezuela and snatched Maduro.

Kidnapping another country’s president is not “tough foreign policy,” it is straight up kidnapping and a giant violation of international law. This is cartoon villain empire behavior.

Read 81 books this year, mostly about empire, war, and collapse.

Same patterns, different flags.

Between the World and Me was the most honest thing I read.

Reading doesn’t make you smarter. It makes you harder to bullshit.

Yale Law guy is baffled that Mamdani supports unions that did not endorse him.

To the pundit brain, solidarity without a transaction is “one of the strangest things I have ever seen.”

That is how allergic this system is to actual class politics.
January 2, 2026 at 9:56 PM
There is no international law. There is US empire. There is imperial impunity.
There are B-52 bombers. There are
800 US military bases in 80 countries.
There are strike teams. There are death squads. There are genocides. There are coups. There are resources to pillage. #booksky #skybooks #bookreview

Happy New Year and as always Eat the Rich.
January 1, 2026 at 2:31 AM
Superyachts in St. Bart’s, pink slips and premium hikes at home.
The rich are not going to fix this.
They cash in every time it gets worse for us.

Do not forget: more than a million people just lost jobs, 24 million are about to get slammed with higher insurance costs, and basic care is becoming a luxury item.

Meanwhile the billionaire class is out in St. Bart’s on superyachts, toasting the profits they squeezed out of that pain.
December 31, 2025 at 9:20 PM
I waited my whole life to see more Indians in American politics. I was thinking “schoolteacher turned senator,” not “Vivek and Kash, official spokesmen for billionaire feelings.”
December 31, 2025 at 4:23 PM
Reminder: BlueMAGA and red hats are loud, not large. We outnumber them.

They melt down at the phrase “tax billionaires out of existence” because they know once people see how rigged this is, the game is over.

You get sick once, American healthcare bills you seven times.

Premiums, deductibles, taxes, hospital levies, fake “charity,” employer “contributions” that are just your wages.

Then they send you to collections.

Wild how we jumped from “there are no Epstein files” to “actually there are over a million documents” in record time. These people lie like it is a reflex. #epstein #releasethefiles
December 28, 2025 at 11:44 PM
The Epstein files are basically a budget from hell.
The money to house, feed, and care for everyone is real. It just went to private jets, islands, and buying silence.
America is not poor, it is rich and captured by creeps.
