Nice article from @oneknightinproduct.com. I’d also say don’t ‘bury the lede’. Give the recommendation up front, then walk through the data that supports it. Otherwise the Exec is seeing the data and forming their own view before seeing your recommendation.
I've seen too many product managers offload their decision-making to the leadership team, then complain that the leadership team decided.
And, yes, obviously, I've done it myself before, too.

Well this is certainly a more pleasant place to be! Best get posting about #prodmgmt rather than just popping in once every few weeks and tutting in my best British accent.
