Good morning.

A regular reminder: a tiny few hoard staggering wealth and own much of the media, while millions struggle to survive.

That’s not an accident. It’s a choice made by those in power.

Tax wealth. Fund public services. Build an economy for everyone - not the 1%.

Files on Andrew’s activities as trade envoy withheld by the government. Once again even disgraced royals are protected by the state. What’s there to hide? It’s more important than ever that transparency reigns with the Royal Family. And it never does.

Very soon this will be illegal, the Police better round them up and lock them up, like they do to peaceful protestors if they break the law.

Not just ignore them because they are rich.

Starmer needs to find the courage to follow his arguments about the failures and costs of Brexit to their logical conclusion. His recent foreign policy speech fell short by continuing to gloss over hard truths, and pretend Britain can keep muddling through.

Britain is that family member that gets invited by the other 27 members of the extended family for the XMas dinner at a nice restaurant at a cost of £50 per head.

And Britain says: “I don’t really like the location, I don’t like my family and I pay max £10 as I bring my own wine and sandwiches”.
“A government spokesperson said:

“At the summit in May, we agreed to work towards association to Erasmus+, ensuring it is on the right terms for the UK“.

So the government is concerned with the money and migration, they are money pinchers and xenophobes with no vision.

Thing is, it wasn't fantasy politics before Reagan & Thatcher's neoliberalism - it was normal run-of-the-mill govt policy. And still is in some other countries.

The 50 wealthiest families own more wealth than the bottom 50% of the population.

How can this Labour Government say this is a "cost of living" budget and refuse to tax the rich?

They care about protecting power and wealth. And cost of living is a buzz phrase for them. Dire.
