Maybe change the regs so drivers are allowed to drive through that chicane 5 times in a race. Might be silly, but would allow an "overtake" and shake things up strategically

Been thinking a lot about HECS and fixing the model. Not sure where/how this modelling would get done.
But, would a levy (like Medicare) work? 1% for a Bachelors, plus .5% for every other degree or Masters.
