It's so cold outside I couldn't walk the litter box 💩 to the can, because it's on the street for morning pickup. I looked at the temp and thought, "Whoa! 12°F, That's COLD!" and with that, it ticked down a degree to 11°F. With my arthritis, I can't even walk to the street in this kind of cold 🥶

As an ebike user since 2009 I am annoyed that I'm now going to have to get a license and insurance for my PEBL. My whole reason for using an ebike is free transportation,once you buy the bike.But the 15-year-old age requirement is a good idea.I've seen kids do some real foolish stuff on the highway.
