I gave a frontend workshop at Knight Hacks to teach 6 universal concepts (state, componentization, etc.). I used vanilla JS for examples, hopefully showcasing *why* one may want to use React before the *how*, while being general enough to other platforms one could build a frontend for.

How are people using their laptops on the plane? Economy seats provide 0 space between me and the laptop, it breaks my neck to even try. Even worse when the person in front of me pushes their seat back.
