the best thing about gm'ing to me is that you are truly always winning:
players acuratly guess what is going on? fantastic, it will be so fun when they find out they are right
players havibg theories that are extremely off the mark? great, the reveal will be so much more dramatic

in yesterday's session I learned how Xander is both: a coward at heart and not a complete fraud when it comes to his fame as an explorer - his fight or flight reaction is always fight, and the realization usually only comes afterwards that he did something 'heroic'
