One of my fave things? Sending a post-appt thank you DM/email. A small, simple gesture - it takes so little effort to be nice/thankful to someone with whom you've just been naked. But the reactions that come back in return are usually absolutely lovely. And sometimes a nice ego boost too. 😀

There is one VERY tiny mosquito in my room that is hard to see and has discovered I’m a tasty destination for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
