Great first day of Seattle Club conference. Really enjoyed hearing about all the amazing health inequalities work. Particular highlight was the Victoria and Stuart project, showcasing a toolkit to discuss end of life care planning, presented with humour and sensitivity www.victoriaandstuart.com
End Of Life Care Planning | The Victoria And Stuart Project
The Victoria and Stuart Project is about finding the best ways to help people with learning disabilities plan for the end of their life. We want to make sure that people with learning disabilities get the right care and support when they are ill and going to die. We will work with lots of people to try and get this right.
