I guess tRump forgot that on Dec. 5, 1994, Ukraine signed an agreement to give up their nuclear weapons in exchange for security assurances. The agreement included the US, Russia, UK, etc. That's huge. tRump would be singing a different tune if Ukraine had not agreed.
