Somehow this feed on Bluesky has turned into the Outrage Bait shit I was escaping from Facebook. I understand you are outraged. I swim in outrage as my occupation so I have to tune it out on my off hours. I'm not cold...I'm preventing burnout by not engaging here.

Do not use platforms like Betterhelp for therapy. They are unethical and make promises they cannot keep. They use green counselors, lie about insurance, and cut you off in a crisis. Discourage the use of these platforms. They will only make your MH worse.
