Very happy that our Chlamydomonas manuscript is out. We used RNA-seq and DAP-seq to investigate several CLiP insertion mutants predicted by gene regulatory network inference.

Just tried out NextDenovo (https://github.com/Nextomics/NextDenovo/) for an Arabidopsis genome assembly and I am really pleased with the outcome! The assembly looks great so far and the run time was really short. Anyone doing genome assemblies should definitely give this tool a try! 🧪🧬🖥️
